Hi!

Not sure if this issue is related with the theme itself but basically I've created a menu and placed it through the block UI in my header region and only shows up when I'm logged in as admin.

I set the block to be shown with all roles (ticking all checkboxes), I checked permissions but don't see anything obvious.

I will really appreciate any help regarding this issue.

Well, are the actual menu items available to anon users? If you want anyone to see the block then don't tick any of the role checkboxes - they're only for restricting access not allowing it, so to speak.
