Changing taxonomy terms assigned to breadcrumbs do not update them in the breadcrumb. The name remains the old term, and I can't find a way to update it. I've even reinstalled the module. I can't even seem to get rid of the breadcrumb after disabling it.

I'm not quite sure I understand the problem. I have tried updating the vocabulary name and path, term name and path, and the lightest term associated with a node, and in all cases, the breadcrumbs were updated correctly. Not sure if this is a caching issue, but I need more information.
