tokens don't work for panels?

Issue Summary

I have panels configured and am trying to get CB to show using tokens, but none of the tokens seem to work. There is also an odd thing, where I am getting 3 layers of the same node information. (see the attachment).

My Titles look like:
BA:ASO
[node:feed-source]

Paths:

[node:feed-source:nid]

But I am only getting display of:
BA:ASO > [page title] (it does actually show the page title not some brackets & stuff)

I have tried this with every combination of different tokens from the different recursion levels, but still nothing. It also happens on other panel pages.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
