Seems like a bug in that after upload and node submission the module reports that Video submission queued for transfer to your Amazon S3 server, but using Drupal filesystem instead. The Amazon S3 is turned off.

Same issue here as well. The file does transfer to S3, but the URL does not update.

I have verified the bug. The file is transmitted to S3 even when the S3 module is not active. As a work-around you should disable the S3 module if you don't use it. I will fix the bug in 4.4.
