If you intend for "average", non-developers to use Release Monitor, then it should not inform us of developer releases by default. These apparently have to be obtained from the CVS and may not constitute formal releases.

By default, Release Monitor should only show major releases (D5-->D6) or minor releases (1.2 to 1.3).
