Features request
- escrow service
- support for rental (not just hotels etc.) and service product types
- "ask a seller" question system like eBay
- member feedback and rating system
- migration support for UberCart Marketplace users

I think attention should also be focused on developing free themes that are specifically optimized for marketplace website applications. Currently you can kind of tweak existing themes to work, but there's really no real option in terms of themes for marketplaces.

UberCart and UberCart Marketplace doesn't seem to offer any such theme yet either.

Just some ideas...

- Pay with Userpoint integration attention.
- direct commission user to user (paypal,...) or paypal withdraw on request or if balance = X
- Commission on each sell.It's good to give a marketplace but....
- folder fo each user on amazon s3 or local Hosting ( for files)
- back up archives for all transactions
- a specific disclaimer, legal term for seller (copyright,....)
- csv importer

@kervi: #990204: The path to Marketplace functionality will help shed some light on this. I think the "marketplace" module is waiting for a consensus on features and architecture.
