5.x version, same functionalities as so-called v. 1.2 for 4.7 (1.5 on CVS)
plus some minor additional features :
- module may provide plain default paper and review type
- manager may receive CC or BCC of all mails
- conference-specific e-mail address as sender of conference e-mails
