Streamline UI options [#123304]

I am attempting to create a site where users can submit video - but I am finding the depth of options in the video module daunting. I had used the modules in 4.6, which were more basic, to great success. Is it possible reduce the options, such as filesize and video width? I have ussed ffmpeg to do this, however, this doesn't seem possible when submitting remote files.

I was going through the administrative settings for video and the options are confusing. I just installed Drupal 5.1 and have been working with Drupal 4.6 for about a month. So I'm new to Drupal.

When it comes to selecting how to enable PLAY. The first two groups are oriented to the display of options:

Items to display in the node menu
- Display play link
Tab menu options
- Play in node
- Display menu tab

These three options are single select yet they are spread across two groups as on/off radio buttons. A better radio button would have a single radio button selection such as ...

Play in node
Display play tab
Display play link

Then the exclusivity between the options is easily maintained. This is likely true with other options in this menu.

I have yet to work with video content on Drupal and I'm looking forward to offering it. I'm praying that the user interface is easier to follow than the administrator settings.
