Hello,
There might be an easy way to do this or something I have just missed:
1) I have enabled the Comments module in the Drupal 5.1 core
2) I have enabled 'Access Comments' and 'Administer Comments' for Site writers, Moderators, and Admins in User Management --> Roles
3) When any of these users goes to administer comments, they all have the 'Settings' tab available to them and any changes made by any of the roles take effect on the site. Not ideal.
Question: What do I need to do to have the 'Settings' tab in the administer comments page appear only for the users under the Site Admin role (or any other role)?
Thanks in advance - Pat

scoutbaker commentedThe settings are available for anyone with the Administer comments permission. It doesn't get any more granular than that in core. Things have changed in D6, so this wouldn't be an issue there. Based on that, I'm marking this won't fix since this is for D5, unless there is a contrib module to add this functionality. I didn't see one.
