Roll back to old version

Today I suddenly found the CCK field permission does not work on my site. Except admin (#1 user), the field is hidden to all users.

I first go to user management >>access control, found that under CCK field permission area all my permission setting are all gone. Then I go to site config >> CCK permission and update the setting.

Now I found the the field with permission are visible to all users, including anonymous, even though in management >>access control the settings are there.

Then I recall that 2 days ago, I upgrade CCK permission from 5.x-1.4 to 5.x-1.7, then I uninstall 1.7 and roll back to 1.4. This time all functions resumed. CCK field permission module works perfect.

I did not try 5.x-1.5 and 5.x-1.6, but definitely 5.x-1.7 has a bug which is not included in 5.x-1.4.
