Flash fallback not functioning as neatly as the HTML5 player.

First of all, massive kudos on this module, made my life so much easier not having to worry about encoding too many files.

I have noticed that when trying to play a mp4 file encoded with h.264 in Firefox and IE7 + IE8(and presumably other non h.264 browsers), that I have to go through some steps as follows:

1. Video loads, spinning icon.
2. Play overlay disappears.
3. I have to press the Pause button on the controlbar to get the Play overlay button back. Video does not play before this.
4. On pressing the Play overlay button, video functions as normal.

Anyone else had this issue, or have any way to solve it? I'm using the Video module, and have autoplay and autobuffering off.
