I have to manipulate the email that comes back from the form submission to make it look nicer, mostly just spacing and layout and making un-required fields not show up if they are not filled in. But there doesn't seem to be away to do that and I have even set up webform-mail-30.tpl.php in my themes folder but that doesn't seem to be getting used.
