I installed the module, selected User for export. After hitting Run Export, I see a blank screen.

I tried selecting other Entities, and they work fine.

What does your error log say ?

I too get the same error.
Where are the error logs? are they on the filesystem or in Drupal?

If you speak about 'logs' in Drupal, What category should I look under? While looking at 'all messages' I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

BTW, I am trying to export a 'Book Page' to XML, and for Step 2: field mappings, I am leaving everything as default.
I just get a blank page and the browser's URL says (q=admin/export/book/xml)

Any thoughts?

Sorry, I was speaking from a developer's point of view.

I'm not 100% sure about the Drupal logs yet, but I was referring to the apache error_log . Most probably, if not almost always, if a blank white screen happens, then a warning followed by a fatal error will be displayed in the error log.

If the error log is too big, only check out the last few lines of it, or clear it and start a new empty one.

If you're on a shared host, most of them should give you access to the log. Contact their support team for more information if you can't find it.
