If you are a beginner you are a little overwhelmed to understand whats the Weight and Positions dropdowns are doing. Sure RTFM! But it could be a lot more intuitive if they have a little description below or an (i) Icon with title="description" hover.

Suggestion:
Weight = the position of the region in the DOM
Position = the visual positioning of a region
