When I select Explain Views, Drupal crashes with this error
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type views_handler_field_ncs_last_updated as array in .../sites/all/modules/i18n/i18nviews/i18nviews.module on line 144

There was a problem in my views.
I changed a content type name, and Views did not update accordingly. I re-saved all the concerned views and the problem went away
