How to add the term's name as a title?

Once there was a Views snippet Creating a block that shows related nodes based on a vocabulary which accompished exactly this. Since I switched from this snippet to 'Similar By Terms' a couple of months ago I'm looking for this, and I've spent numerous hours - without success.

What does not work is to add a second argument on the tid and put "%2" in the second argument's title field. It also does not work to change the default argument from nid to tid. So, anyone with more insight, please share your knowledge with us ;)

I second a solution.

Maybe applying the solution, at least to the dev module, and let us test on live sites to work out the kinks.
