Hi there, one of the things I was looking forward to playing with was the phptemplate system. I can see reports that it has been branched for 4.5.0 five days ago. Yet after my searching I am still unable to find a download link. Anyone got a link?

The linkage is wrong on this site
To get the right CVS use:
http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/contributions/theme-engines/phptemplate/

re: PHPTemplate download for 4.5.0
As far as I can see it hasn't yet been branched. But it does work perfectly well with 4.5 if you can manage to checkout cvs head you can get hold of it (Instructions here). Or you could just go to the to cvs web interface and download files individualy.
The packages you see in the download of drupal.org are created automatically by scripts, and with the changes to the theme system (new theme-engines and theme-styles categories) these scripts need to be updated. That hasn't been done yet, presumably because people haven't had time to do it...
Until it is done the only way to get phptemplate engine and theme-styles is to use cvs or the web interface to it.
