This is a quick release.
Beta3 was throwing notices on the mapping page.

Changes from beta2 to beta3

• The issues with the CSV parser are gone!
• Lots of UI love.
• Added a bunch of tests.
• Blank source and Temporary target work as expected.
• Sources with spaces in them no longer break enabling/disabling.
• More fine-grained permissions.
