Is it possible to get Leech to, well, leech attachments from rss feeds? If this is possible how does one force it to occur?

This is currently not possible. Leech does not download anything but the immediate content of an RSS feed. No embedded pictures or files. Of course, links to external images and files are left intact, they will function as long those resources don't move.

This is a neat feature request though, I would be happy to integrate a patch :).
