adminstration menu went away when enabling sharer

I just have installed the sharer in a drupal 7.7 with administration menu 7.x-3.x-dev
and many other stuff.

but - on each site where the sharer is enabled the admin-menu is not displaying.
may i have to activate the core-toolbar to use the menu.

on each site, where there sharer is not enabled, the admin_menu is displaying.

does anybody have an idea about? why that happens?

or should i post a list of other modules, configs or something like?
