Just installed today's updates and am getting a warning and two notices on the Global Settings page:

My bad... Sorry! Delta should not do anything to global theme settings at all! Please flush your cache after download the latest delta (to flush the menu cache).

Yes, I did flush the cache, twice before reporting it and still had the issue.

I've upgraded to beta 7 and it is working OK now.
