This may be a newbie question (though I've been using drupal for two years I'm still naiive in areas like themes), but how exactly can I use the content_top region for blocks?

I'm on 4.7.5, and am using the 2.0 version of your theme, with only slight modifications. Under admin -> blocks I only have right sidebar, left sidebar, content, header, and footer. When I select content, the block shows at the bottom of the content section (which is good in some circumstances). How would I get it to appear at the top of the content section?

BTW, this is the best publically available drupal theme I've ever seen, and I 've looked at pretty much all of them. I'll have to start customizing it though, cuz pretty soon everyone will be using it and we'll all look the same!

You should grab the latest version (amadou-4.7.x-2.2).
Please completely replace the older version with the newer version - all files must be replaced.

The regions will be available to you in the blocks admin section.
