Tagadelic Views generated block doesn't appear to be updating

I am attempting to generate a view in a block which generates the most popular tags from nodes that have been created in the last seven days. Think of it as something similar to Twitter's trending topics, but from Taxonomy tags.

The problem is, it isn't updating.

I've cleared caches constantly, and ran cron endlessly. It doesn't seem to make a difference. There are tags which I *know* should be there, but they don't show up.

I've attached two screenshots from both views and tagadelic settings. The live block can be seen at http://www.kneejerkers.co.uk at the top of the page.

Please - how can I make the block update?
