Login doesn't take for any user until IE7 is closed and re-opened

Description
Installed Drupal 5.1 via Fantastico. Used site/settings.php to access a database from a previous implementation of 5.1 (about a week ago). Problems with log in - so I re-enagaged with the default database drpl1.
Problem is replicated on other pcs and after clearing cache.
Thus logout
Close IE7
Reopen and input site name into address bar
Login Screen
Enter user name and Password
Nothing happens
Close IE7
Reopen IE7
and we are in
Have a different Drupal 4.6 implementation within the domain and I don't have the same problem.

Sorry, but are you sure it concerns our login_destination.module? Did you try to reproduce this defect without this module?

Lack of activity, and I don't think it's this module anyways.
