Rewrite taxonomy terms in page title

I have the following link on my website: "http://thatscookedby.com/taxonomy/term/81,111,121,273"
The page title is as follows: Pan cook, Indian, British, Non-Vegetarian | thatscookedby.com.
the term values correspond to the following
81 - Pan cook
111 - Indian
121 - British
273 - Non-Vegetarian

What I want to do is to be able rewrite the page title to be as follows
Pan cook recipes, Indian recipes, British recipes, Non-Vegetarian recipes | thatscookedby.com.
i.e inject the "recipes" keyword after each term.

Can you suggest a way of doing this please.
