ffmpeg_converter_convert is not feature complete to ffmpeg_wrapper

FFmpeg Wrapper provides the possibility to set a custom bitrate ('other'). If this is selected ffmpeg will throw an error.

I'll fix this for ffmpeg converter but please have a look at this issue: #1236572: Use ffmpeg_wrapper_convert_file instead of ffmpeg_converter_convert.
