A straightforward port of nodefamily's pageroute integration from the 4.7 version to 5.x. There haven't really been much changes apart from form generation which has changed a bit in the 5.x version, so I don't really expect it to contain any bugs.

the decoration of the lonely node management page doesn't work, there are no submit-buttons generated by pageroute or so.

The pageroute patch that fixes the submit buttons has been applied, so I think it's appropriate to close this issue as fixed.

I've added the pageroute integration already to nodefamily, however I've updated it to follow the API changes of pageroute.
