Issue Summary
Adsense doesn't allow a user with admin-permissions to access AdSense clicks ( admin/reports/adsense ) and requires the original admin user (with which the Drupal was installed).
A user with full admin-permissions can't see AdSense clicks ( in admin/reports/adsense ) nor can he access the AdSense clicks page directly ( "Access denied. You are not authorized to access this page.").
Everything works fine if I switch to the original admin user.
This problem might also concern other AdSense submodules.

There was a problem in the D7 port part of the permissions for the click tracking module. I've just fixed this in dev, so newer versions shouldn't have this problem anymore.
Note that there's a dedicated 'View AdSense clicks' permission to access these reports, so your user role should have this.
