I created an order for an existing customer in Admin. This customer has a Gift Cert balance in their account of $500. I added "Gift Certificate" as a line item and applied it to the order for the full amount, which reduced the order total to $0.00. All good so far - except the customer's gift cert balance has remained at $500...

Any ideas?
