I'm respectfully creating a new issue even though it was previously "will not be fixed" because it was considered unimportant. If a preset is disabled in the Insert field-set of the content's image field because it produces an inappropriate or unattractive result, it should not be selectable when the image is being inserted. I really do think this is an important issue and should be taken care of. Thanks for a nice module.

quicksketchThanks for the report. I'm surprised I would have "won't fixed" this issue, it sounds reasonable enough to me, perhaps it was bundled into another issue?
I am having a little bit of difficulty understanding this statement though. Are you saying that if you edit a field and uncheck an ImageCache preset under the "Insert styles" list, it still shows up in the list of insert styles when creating a new node? I can't confirm this problem; if I uncheck any of the ImageCache presets in the Insert configuration it doesn't show up any more on the node form (just like its supposed to).
