Site with content in multiple languages

A question for the floor. We have a requirement to provide a web site in serveral languages. How would I approach making multiple language versions of the same node id? Is this the appropriate way to approach it? Anyone with module suggestions or methodology tips would be appreciated!
I need to have 3 lanaguages
I need to have 3 lanaguages supported on my Drupal site. Not just the core but the entire site needs to be displayed in 3 languages. Is there anyone out there with a solution for this? Please help! Your assistance would be very much appreciated!
