A way to get shipping rates per level basis (1 to 6 = 14$, 6 to 12= 23$ etc)

Hello,
Is there a way to get the shipping rates per level basis ?

I need to have something like this :

1 to 6 products = 14 $

6 to 12 = 23 $

13> = 35$

The shipping costs must be cumulative.
If 6 products are ordered from seller A = 14 $ and 14 products from seller B =23 $
the total shipping costs charged to the customer is 37 $

Is it possible to set something like this ?
