Create spread.ly project

Since yiid service got renamed to spread.ly it's probably the best choice to move this code to spread.ly scope.
People should be informed on this project page, so they can update.

Just tryed to find a module which implemented spread.ly but couldn't find out, so nearly wanted to write one :)
I guess if someone wants to use spread.ly and drupal they first search for a module on drupal.org, but can't find out, so they give
up and say let's use something else.
