Functionality Docs

This isn't really an issue, but more of a question. I couldn't find any docs so I couldn't answer it for myself.

Is part of the functionality of this module to have a user A flag a recommendation and then other users can view user A's recommendations? In essence I would like user A to recommend something and then create a view on his/her account showing their recommendations.

I'm just going through various recommendation modules to see where this functionality is and wanted to know if this was yours.
