OG vocab block display settings

It would be nice to have some settings with OG_vocab where you could choose to only show the group terms menu items on just the group-related pages, or show on all pages. It would also be cool to have it automatically create menus for each group's vocabulary instead of lumping them in to the admin menu. Would love to see this kind of thing automated so that the administration could be more in the hands of the group admin instead of the site admin.
