Request to prettify the admin notification emails

The admin notification emails that come in from the crmngp module have all the data you'd need, but it's not parsed at all, just dumped in as an array. Can that be cleaned up some? I've attached an example of how it looks (with personally identifying information blacked out) currently. I'd be happy to provide specifics of how I think it should look, if necessary.
