Is it save up upgrade direct from 4.7.3 to 4.7.6?
Are there any special issues?
My Last upgrade was a nightmare thats why I've held off for a few releases.

I just upgraded from 4.7.3 to 4.7.6 a month ago and no problem was encountered. Just follow the basic preparation like backing up your DB and files as stated in http://drupal.org/upgrade/upgrading-without-a-db-upgrade. My procedure was to upgrade each version (e.g 4.7.3 to 4.7.4 to 4.7.5 to 4.7.6). I do not know if there is a straight procedure from 4.7.3 to 4.7.6 but in the release notes of 4.7.5 they said that to avoid complications in upgrading from 4.7.4 to 4.7.6, you have to go through 4.7.5
