The Norwegian (Bokmål) project ("nb") hasn't been updated since 2005, and the current maintainer (sh) didn't do the actual single commit. I haven't been able to reach him. I propose that the maintainer role is transferred to JohnNoc, the current maintainer of the Norwegian translation ("no").

Plans are underway to maintain the Norwegian (Nynorsk) project as "nn", and the Norwegian (Bokmål) project as "nb", thus deprecating the "no" and "nno" projects. Nowadays, nb+nn is more or less agreed to be the standard way of supporting the two different Norwegian Languages.
