Jquery Menu Blocks Enabled but + Not Showing ?

Hi,

I cannot find the reason why after enabling the special blocks I can't see + in front of menus (but i see the new blocks created) and I also cannot find an option where to choose if this menu should be expanded or collapsed by default ?

Can you test this with the newest dev release, and let me know if it is still a problem?
