If user type a name in autocomplete, than matched names of nodes are returned and user must select one of these. But, If user clics directly on returned name in selectlist, is thrown away to this node. For node reference select, user must click right next the node name.

For common user, this is very confusing, because he absolutely dont know, what happens! He choose node reference and now, he is on this node :-o

Sorry, this behaviour is connected to the View, I am using for filtering reference.

That seems like something that should be configurable to with options
1) strip all links
2) turn all links into ones that open in a new window/tab.
3) Leave as is.

I'm interesting in number 2.

For now, since there is a node type configuration, you can make a build mode where links are removed in the template or another way, yea? (could also add extra template suggestions when reference preview to help with themeing).

In general, when filing a request for a new feature to a module, feature request is preferable to my understanding.
