HTML Mail and Mail uses the same name. It is difficult to distinguish them.

Verified that this patch works.

1. Browse to admin/modules and enable both HTML Mail and Simple Mail.
2. Browse to notifications/subscription/add/content_type
3. Verify that the Send method pulldown includes both "HTML mail" and "Mail".

IMO, the plain "Mail" item should be "Simple Mail", but that's a different point.
