Hi, I'll be glad if anyone can make a patch (or help me to do one..) that give the ability for 3 culomns and no fust two and a footer

Take a look at the patch to allow external regions to be defined: http://drupal.org/node/525786#comment-5263278

With that, it should be possible to create a module to define another region which can become a third column through styling and theming.

My apologies - the patch I mentioned earlier was for D6. I'll see about making a D7 patch (eventually).
