I just installed 7.x-3.0 and when I go to the Feelinking settings page, I get the following warnings (repeated 5 times):

Notice: Undefined index: failover in _freelinking_failover_form() (line 71 of /
/sites/all/modules/freelinking/freelinking.forms.inc).
Notice: Undefined index: failover in _freelinking_failover_form() (line 83 of /
/sites/all/modules/freelinking/freelinking.forms.inc).

I will publish a new version with more fixes from submitted issues on the following Wednesday. It will include this fix. If you really need this fix, you can download the development version tomorrow at http://drupal.org/node/1237742.
