Checkout Bypasses Payment

I have a live drupal commerce site that has been running for a couple months using the PayPal payment option. About two weeks ago, I did some updates and tests and everything works fine. I went away camping for a while, I came back and have an email about how paypal isn't working anymore. Sure enough, I go through the checkout process, and everything follows suit, except that instead of redirecting me after review, it just moves over to order complete bypassing the paypal redirect.

I took a look through settings and nothing changed, paypal is still in place and implemented. Any suggestions on where to start looking? I kind of need to get this fixed ASAP.
