File doesn't download

Thanks for this great module. It is very close to what I wanted done!

I could not find any documentation on this, but I assume that the download should start automatically once the user pays and is redirected to the thankyou page.

I am using paypal sandbox and get a good txid, so what would be the reason that my download does not start?

The url that the user sees is of the form http://www.mydomain.com/new/en/thankyou?txnid=4C921661Y8361435Y&nid=10&m...
Isn't that correct?

BTW, I do run the i18n module, but am not concerned about translating the results page into multiple languages and so I use www.mydomain.com/quickfile_paypal/ipn as the PayPal Sandbox return url without the language prefix. Also, the url above does not start the download even if you tke the language prefix out.

Please help me understand what I am missing!!!
