I have duplicate save and create account buttons on the add user page when using the content profile module.

I see the standard Save / Preview buttons from Drupal and then following that the extra content profile fields and at the end of the page I get the "Create New Account" button.

Is there some way to remove the Save / Preview buttons and just keep the "Create New Account" buttons?
