Marinelli 6.x vs 7.x layout issue

Hi all... I've used Marinelli in a number of Drupal 6 sites. I have just recently upgraded an 6.x site to 7.x and find that I am unable to achieve the effects I want with Marinelli 7.x as I did with the previous version. Using the default settings I get my sites name and tag line above the rotating banner and can no longer obtain the 6.x effect of placing the site name and tag line on the banner itself so that the banner is as close to the top of the browser as possible. I want to really tighten things up to enhance the look. Is it possible to fix this???
