I think I'd be really very reluctant to let an unknown company process my customers' payments...

ANyway, the best place to start is probably to make a copy of the PayPal module and try to modify it so that it uses the new gateway. You'll need to know exactly what sort of data the mystery payment gateway is expecting to receive, and pray that they can be trusted with your customers' bank details.

This is an Israeli company called "tranzila". It can be trusted and even has a drupal module.
The problem is that the method has been changed and the old module does not work anymore,
