I have submitted an issue at http://drupal.org/node/124366, in order to make Drupal core use "nb" and "nn" instead of the deprecated "no". We'll just have to wait and see.

This isn't a task for the Norwegian Bokmål translation project and I cannot find a category for this because this isn't a bug report, feature request nor a support request. This is more of a forum item.

An issue has been created at http://drupal.org/node/124366 as mentioned so this node is just a duplicate.
