I got everything installed, the enabled lists are shown on user pages etc.
But if I check (or uncheck) a list to subscribe and then click "Update subscriptions", I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function campaignmonitor_user_form_submit() in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\form.inc on line 1414

I have fixed this problem in the development branch, it was a left over after the last optimization. Thanks for reporting the problem.
